" Safe and Content in Their Own Home "

My husband and I decided to raise our family in the quiet little town of Crystal Lake. It's been seventeen years already and the town isn't so "little" anymore!

Currently, we have a five year old Golden Retriever named Honey. I take way too many photos of her but she is such a willing subject.

We've had animals our whole lives and can't imagine life without a pet or two. We often sit around at family dinners and share stories about our rover's antics or the neighborhood "crazy cat lady" who happened to have been my grandmother

During my experience working at a pet hotel, I discovered that some pets did not always have a positive experience. It wasn't due to the staff but rather the pet's temperment. Owners with rescue pets were particulary anxious about leaving "rover" behind the wire fence. After listening to pet owner's needs and with the support of my family, I decided to start my dog walking and pet sitting business in 2008.

As much as I love all pets big and small, I know other quantatives go into the success of a small business- to my surprise I find that just as exciting as meeting and caring for my pet clients.

I sincerely look forward to meeting you and your pet(s).

" The dog is a saint. He is straightforward and honest by nature. He knows by instinct when he is not wanted; lies quite still for hours when his king is hard at work.  But when his king is sad and worried he creeps up and lays his head on his lap.  'Don't worry. Never mind if they all abandon you.  Let us go for a walk and forget all about it! "
